Training Development

Training is something that everyone will eventually need. Whether starting a new job, transitioning to a new position, or the implementation of new processes/procedures, training is necessary to ensure employee success.

The KEC team will work with you to identify training gaps, determine the right approach, develop training, announce and implement the initiative, and conduct evaluations on the effectiveness of the training. 

Competencies

Competencies, whether organizational, leadership, or technical, clearly define employer expectations. Employees need competencies so they know what is expected and it is clear at what level they are performing without having to wait for an annual evaluation. Competencies put employees in control of their success.
